Do you offer FREE delivery?
Yes, we give you free delivery on orders over €100. We aim to deliver your goods in 48 hours. Our free delivery
is for Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland mainland. For islands delivery, we deliver to mainland port.
I have placed an order, now what?
After you place and order with us you will receive confirmation email from our automated system saying that
transaction was successful. After that, we prepare your item for delivery.
When can I expect my delivery?
If you place an order before noon, that product will be dispatched during the morning of the next working day. In that
case, you can expect next working day delivery.
So for instance, if you place an order on Thursday 9am, your order will be dispatched Friday morning. If you
place an order on Friday 9am, your delivery will be out on the following Monday.
For orders placed after noon, they will be processed during next working day and dispatched on the following
Example, if you place an order on Tuesday 6pm, we will process that order on Wednesday morning and it will be
out for delivery on Thursday morning.
As soon as your items are out for delivery you will receive an email confirmation from us to let you know that your
order has been dispatched.
Working days are Monday – Friday, excluding Bank holidays.
Deliveries may be affected by some unforeseen circumstances that are out of our control.
Why are my details important?
When placing an order, please make sure you fill out correctly your address, preferably add an Eircode, and your
contact phone number. That number will be contacted by delivery courier on the day of the delivery. This will
make life easier for everyone.

What if I would like to reschedule the delivery time?
If you want your delivery on some specific date, from Monday – Friday, you can contact us after you place the order and tell us when would be suitable for you to receive your order and we will aim to meet that, at no extra cost to you.
What if I'm not at home when you deliver?
If you are not at home when we arrive to deliver your product(s). In that case we will require an additional payment of €25 to cover our expense of additional delivery. In that case, you can make that payment on our website on the following link: PAYMENT LINK
Receiving the order.
When your item finally arrives at your doorstep, you should make sure it is the correct item that you ordered. After that, sign the delivery docket. At that time delivery is done.
What happens if the product I ordered is not what I expected?
If, for whatever reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receipt of the mattress. We will arrange for the collection. The cost of returning an item is €50 per individual item. We will then refund you the difference.
Do you deliver products outside Ireland?
No, our delivery service is limited to the island of Ireland.
I got my rolled up mattress, now what?
After you receive your rolled up mattress, bring it in the room where you want to use it, place it on the bed and unwrap the plastic. At that time, mattress will start to rise. Watch our handy video demonstration here
When can I sleep on it?
After you open it, it would be best to let it rest for at least 2 hours before first use.
My mattress looks a bit flat, is that ok?
It will take at least 48 hours for a rolled up mattress to fully expand itself, please, be patient with it
There is a smell coming from my mattress, what is that?
Because the mattress is rolled and placed in the plastic wrap during production, there will be a slight smell caused by fire retardant process used. Please, leave it in the room with good ventilation for 48 hours. After that time, smell should go away.
How does the 100 day trial work?
Simply test your new mattress for 100 days to decide whether or not you are satisfied. If you realise it’s not the right mattress for you, simply contact our customer service team (firstname.lastname@example.org) to arrange a pick-up date. We will give you a refund for 100% of the purchase price. However, we do ask that you give yourself time to get used to your new mattress so we recommend testing for at least 3 – 4 weeks.
For a peace of mind, we give you a 12 months warranty on our mattresses.
